ESG Roadmap and Communication Plan for Azerbaijani Pharmaceutical Distributor

Create a comprehensive ESG roadmap blending ESG principles into all operational aspects, with a commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance.

We created a bespoke ESG strategy, tailored to the pharmaceutical distributor’s unique needs, fostering transparency and accountability in ESG practices and bolstering stakeholder relations through effective sustainability communication, positioning the distributor as an industry leader.

ESG Empowerment Workshops for NGOs

We created a series of customized workshops emphasizing the importance of ESG principles in contemporary society for a distinguished NGO (‘Reliable Future’) based in Azerbaijan.

Kenyan Power System Upgrade with Integrated Wind Farm

The project aimed to upgrade our client’s power system while integrating new wind farm technology. We delivered a safer, more reliable, and sustainable power network by creating digital models of the existing system, more efficient power distribution, and suitable wind farm locations.

  • Calculated load flows to determine voltage profiles.
  • Calculated short circuit symmetrical faults, identifying equipment ratings and fault currents
  • Modelling transient simulations to assess Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT)

Vietnamese State Transmission System Loss Reduction

We identified and reduced electricity network losses by 20%, improving transmission efficiency and ensuring a more reliable and consistent power delivery. We also created an electro-energy economy plan to meet future energy needs and accommodate technological advancements.
